Important District Runoff Election

Every Vote Counts! Submit Your Vote by Friday August 22, 2025

You may submit a completed ballot, one per property OWNED WITHIN THE DISTRICT, in ONE of three ways:

o PAPER, mail or hand, in-person to any of the officers of the district or call and we will pick it up by the deadline

o EMAIL PDF to info@nhrsrd.org.

o ONLINE - those receiving email will receive a ballot for online voting. No paper needed.

Nob Hill Road Special Road District (NHRSRD) is formed under auspices of Oregon Revised Statutes 138.

NHRSRD Is NOT a Taxation District. That is, the budget for its functions derive from assessments to individual landowners directly from NHRSRD.

Below are the formation Documents used to petition the Douglas County Commissioners and approved by Oregon State Department of Revenue
